We finally got to get away for a couple of days and we had a blast. We rented a really cute cabin, which the girls wanted to live in. It was in Big Bear and 5 minutes from the slopes and shops. This is the second time the girls have been in the snow and the first time Melissa has ever been anywhere in the mountains. We found a spot that had been untouched by anyone so it was really soft and we kept getting buried. We found a spot for sledding and we spent a good amount of time just sledding down the mountain. Before we had found this spot we were sledding down the steps of our cabin, which was also fun but very short. All in all we had a great time and sad to come home. We will be back though
